"Transformative! Getting older has meant that sitting at my desk all day was really starting to take it's toll on my body, my flexibility and my lower back in particular were suffering. Having had two children in close succession meant i had a very weak core - weaker than I had thought. Pilates with Lucia over the past year has helped me strengthen my core, which has had a positive impact on so many things - from sitting at my desk to the persistent knee pain I'd had when running - it's made me realise how you move is all connected. Prior to starting pilates I was doing the usual exercise - running, HIIT and other PT sessions - but it wasn't until I added Lucia's pilates session to that routine that I started seeing my flexibility and body tone really improve supported by a strengthened core.
