By booking a Pilates session with me you are creating space in your diary for you: allowing headspace for your mind and body to relax and flow. Whether you are recovering from an injury, new to Pilates or a regular; Motion is lotion for the body, mind and soul.
I am a Pilates instructor AKA a movement therapist. I help clients unwind tight muscles and minds through movement. As your Pilates teacher: I am committed to providing you with the best instruction, clear guidance, gentle correction, for you to achieve the most from your time with me.
So go ahead: increase body awareness, tone, and confidence; build up flexibility and core strength, which in turn will improve focus and balance.
We all need a little equilibrium in our lives!

N.B. : If you are new to Pilates, had a break from exercise, have postural concerns or experienced a change in health over the last 6 months book a ONE to ONE consultation.
A private Pilates consultation is paramount before starting or joining any Pilates classes. It means you and your teacher can formulate a constructive plan of action specific to your needs.
ONE to ONE
ONE to ONE consultation and sessions: By addressing your specific postural issues or rehabilitation plan we can meet your individual concerns on a one to one basis.
Some clients prefer to stick with the one to one sessions, and others prefer to join the group classes.
Many clients combine the two.
