Massage etiquette and cancellation policies
Arriving Late
If you are later than the first 15 minutes for your appointment, it will be regarded as a NO SHOW, unless you have communicated otherwise.
Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining for a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment received, you will be responsible for the entirety of the booked session.
Parking is easy in Ashperton, there is a layby opposite the clinic in which you can park, alternatively pull into the courtyard in front of the house.
Please be aware street parking in Hereford can be difficult to find, and either pay by card or have coins, allow enough time for this.
Cancellation Policy
At Unwind-clinic we understand disruptions happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, and illness are just a few of the reasons why one needs to cancel an appointment. To be effective and fair to clients, and consideration to your therapist’s time, we have adopted the following policies:
24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity to book someone else in for the cancelled appointment.
If you are unable to give the minimum 24-hours notice, and we are unable to fill your appointment with someone else, you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee. It must be paid in full prior to your next treatment.
On the other hand, if we fill “your” appointment with somebody else, you will not be charged for the cancellation.
No Shows
Anyone who forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment time for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged in full for this “missed” appointment. Until payment is made any future treatments will not be booked
